Pricing

The scope of your project and how prepared your drafts are will determine the final price. The pricing scale listed below is derived from the suggested rates of the Editorial Freelance Association.

• Content Development
  • $60 an hour, in 30 min increments
• Substantive Line Edit
  • $.05 cents per word
  • $30 fee added for documents that are rough drafts lacking significant content development
• Copy Editing/Proofreading
  • $.02 cents per word for each run through of the document

20% Deposit: Due after original draft is assessed by us, prior to the start of editing. Remaining fee due after delivery of the final run through.

$25.00 Rush Charge: For documents needing complete edits done in less than 10 days.
